Every Storia piece bought makes our hearts skip a beat. We imagine you taking the time to choose what you want to give yourself or to gift to people you love, and we know it’s important to get it right and to get it on time.

Each of our orders are made to order: the charms you chose, their order, and the bracelet length. For this reason arrival time is between 1-2 weeks. We try to make it sooner, but if you have a deadline, please go ahead and order so that we can get it to you on time for your special occasion. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email.

We're committed to doing everything in our power to ensure your needs are met.
Packages shipped are trackable and insured. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or a refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our necklaces and bracelets are made to order, in accordance with your specifications.

However, we allow returns for one charm bracelets and Storia necklaces, simply contact hello@storiacharms within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Only unused items can be returned in their original packaging.

Bracelets which have been built to order with 2-5 charms, cannot be returned.

Returned and exchanged items must be unused and in original condition. Please try keep the items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them.

Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. Our personlized items, 2/3/4/5 charms bracelets, are non-refundable as these products personally customized and one of a kind.

Please note, we will refund the value of the returned item within 7 working days of your return reaching our facility. The cost of shipping back a return item is at the customer's expense.
